We are SUPER excited to have this Colombian origin in our shop. These Huila, Colombian beans are imported through iFinca and this coffee is guaranteed to be transparent in fair trade. The coffee farms in Colombia where this coffee is harvested are women owned, too! We’re looking at tasting notes of kiwi, roasted almonds and blackberries. This coffee is so versatile and holds its tasting notes well as the roasting process progresses through a lighter roast to medium and dark roasts.
