We are excited to bring you our first blend! Our Brazilian Cerrado origin and our Vietnamese Robusta pair together to bring you an incredible cup of coffee with notes of dark chocolate, hints of spices, brown sugar, and has an earthy complexity. Vietnamese Robusta is one of the least respected beans in the world of specialty coffee. We disagree with this sentiment and absolutely love this coffee.

Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world by volume, after Brazil. It is renowned for producing large volumes of robusta. However, in Vietnam, coffee is much more than a cash crop – it’s consumed on almost every street corner in every town, enjoyed from morning until night.

The largest producer in the world, Brazil grows about one-third of the world's coffee. This coffee is from the region of Sul de Minas, famous for top cupping Brazilian coffees. The rolling hills, mild climate and gentle rainfalls provide the perfect amount of moisture, yielding the best in the beans. Home to some of the largest coffee estates, Sul de Minas also has many more cooperatives than other regions of Brazil. More than half of the farms are small to medium-sized (10-150 hectares), some farming for generations.
