Where are you located?
Our shop is in Avondale Estates. Our roasting space is in a historical building from the 1930s with plenty of flare. We love this area for its grit, history and strong coffee community.
Is the roastery/tasting room open to the public?
Right now, we are only open for our wholesale clients and the occasional tasting event where we host events for the public. We love inviting coffee drinkers to try our freshly roasted coffee!
When do you roast and ship?
Our production roast day is Monday. Any order placed during the week will be roasted the following Monday and shipped Tuesday morning.
Where does your coffee come from/How do you source?
A number of different factors go into the decision to source each coffee that eventually ends up at our shop. The most important of these are ethics, quality, sustainability and freshness. We currently work with a number of different coffee producers and who provide us with coffee lots fresh from harvest. The coffee producers and their best interests are always top of mind, leading us to work closely with our trusted suppliers and ensure that producers are always compensated well.
